Along the busy streets of SS2, Petaling Jaya, you’ll notice food temptation from left, right, behind and front. However, we recently found a special food truck tucked at a corner located beside the SS2 big playground park. It’s a Thai food truck run by a Thai family. We feel we’ve just hit the jackpot of Thai authentic goodness food find!

The Thai family collectively has over 20 years of culinary experience in restaurants before owning this food truck business. All of their recipes are also from Thailand and they prepare the food as early as 4:30 am daily!
Here’s what we try:
- Stewed Pork Leg with Rice, RM10 (9/10)

It’s served with Hong Kong kailan and Thai pickles. The pork leg is braised in soy sauce & other Thai ingredients for up to 4 hours! It’s to soak up all the flavours and herbs in the pork. Pork leg is so tender and has the right cuts of meats and fats served. The star of the dish is the homemade green chili & soy sauce mix! It has a spicy kick to this and I enjoy pairing the sauces with the aromatic rice and pork in this.
2. Kerabu Maggie
The maggie they use for this actually a Thai brand maggi packet! How they make this delicious Kerabu Maggie is they mix the maggie together with the kerabu sauce which has red chilli and pure lime. Topped it with prawns and fishcake! It has a spicy, sweet & sour taste!
3. BBQ Pork Skewers

These BBQ Pork Skewers are grilled straight upon order. One day alone they can sell up to 100 sticks! The pork meat in this is really juicy and they don’t play around when it comes to the perfection of the cooked meat. Spot on all the way!
4. Lemongrass Pork Sausage
This pork sausage is from Thailand! The sausage has rice, minced pork & garlic inside the sausage! The lemongrass flavour is really strong and can be overwhelming for those who dislike lemongrass. I personally loved it! Made me feel I am having Thai street food by the streets of Bangkok!
