If you’re a fan of gourmet pork burgers and live in or around Damansara Jaya, you might want to pause for a moment and read this. Spades Burgers used to be my go-to spot for a delicious, satisfying pork burger, but then I stumbled upon a sneaky little gem that’s completely won me over. Enter Sneaky Burger–what I’m convinced is truly the best-kept secret in the area.
Trust me, once you sink your teeth into one of their burgers, you’ll be left wondering why you hadn’t discovered this spot sooner.
Let me set the scene

As a self-proclaimed foodie, I’ve got to share what might just be my favourite pork burger spot. Granted, there aren’t many out there, but in my books, this one takes the crown.
It all started back in mid-2022 when I first discovered this hidden gem. Since then, I’ve indulged in quite a few of their burgers, both chicken and pork. Then, life took me abroad for a while, and after being back for over a year, I’d somehow forgotten all about it. That is, until the other day when a friend mentioned she was desperately craving a big, juicy burger. We weren’t in the mood for fast food, nor did we want the usual spots like MyBurgerLab or Spades Burger (don’t get me wrong, those are still good). That’s when it hit me—Sneaky Burger.
Revisiting it after two years, I was equal parts excited and nervous. Would it still be as amazing as I remembered? Would it satisfy my friend’s cravings? Or would it let me down? (AHHHH).
Like most local burger joints, it isn’t fancy or overdressed. Instead, it’s got that perfect after-work lepak vibe, where you can kick back and enjoy some seriously delicious burgers in a no-frills setting. There’s a little seating area that feels outdoorsy thanks to a big, open window in the wall, but without the usual oppressive Malaysian heat—thankfully. It was exactly what we needed after a long, exhausting day at work.
My top pick

This pains me to write, but as a foodie, I have to admit, everyone has their favourites. So, let me start with my clear winner.
Gourmet Burger
Priced at RM18.90, it’s made with a homemade pork patty, sesame seed buns, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cabbage, caramelised onions, pickled green chili, egg, streaky bacon, and Sneaky’s special sauce. Now, it might sound like a lot of ingredients thrown together just for fun, but what you actually get is a burger that delivers a beautiful medley of flavours.
The star of the show, of course, is the pork patty. Let me set the record straight—there’s something magical about the pork patties here at Sneaky Burger. Once you try it for yourself, you’ll understand exactly what I mean. It’s a richly savoury patty, so perfectly seasoned that you’ll find yourself wanting another bite before you’ve even chewed and swallowed the first. There’s chili padi mixed in, adding just the right amount of spice, and it’s so juicy that you’ll forget what a dry patty even tastes like. Plus, the portion is generous so you won’t be left biting into empty buns. It’s a good, meaty patty, and that’s the best way I can put it.
When you combine all the ingredients, the burger becomes a beautifully messy, juicy masterpiece. The fried egg adds a wonderful texture, and the runny yolk brings a distinct creaminess. The vegetables add a lovely crunch and that Sneaky special sauce? It ties everything together in a way I can’t quite explain. I’m not sure what they put in that sauce but it sure is special.
I really hope my enthusiasm for this burger shines through, because if you’ve been craving a good ol’ pork burger, this is one you absolutely don’t want to miss.
MFT’s review

I could go on and on about the Gourmet Burger, but there are other contenders on the menu that I highly recommend you try. Apparently, Sneaky Burger couldn’t just stop at perfecting pork burgers, they had to impress with their chicken burgers too.
Chick Grillz Burger
One I’m particularly fond of is the Chick Grillz Burger (RM19.90). This features a grilled chicken thigh, deep-fried onions, slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, and more. It’s a no-brainer if you’re craving a solid chicken burger.
The chicken itself is incredibly tender and juicy (I’m serious, it’s that good) and packed with all the right flavour. The combination of pesto and Sneaky’s special sauce takes this burger to another level, while the rocket leaves add a nice, fresh bite. Now, if you’re a lighter eater, this burger might not be enough to fill you up—but then again, maybe I just devour it too quickly and am always left wanting more.
Gourmet Spicy Boom Burger
Surprise, surprise, if you’re a heat lover like me, you’re in for a treat with my favourite burger in a spicy version: the Gourmet Spicy Boom Burger (RM20.40). When I first tried it, I thought, “Hmm, they could’ve kicked up the spice a bit,” but a few bites in, I was sweating! This burger sneaks up on you, and the heat definitely builds as you go. But let me tell you, when you’re craving something meaty, spicy, and savoury, this one absolutely hits the spot. If you’re confident you can handle the heat, this burger is *chef’s kiss*.
Mother Porken Burger
The Mother Porken Burger (RM32.90) brings together the best of both worlds with a deep-fried chicken thigh and their signature pork patty, a mouthwatering combination you won’t want to miss. Despite being fried, the chicken is just as tender and juicy as the grilled version and as for the pork patty? It needs no further praise.

Sneaky Burger truly knows how to make a burger that hits all the right notes (and I don’t say that lightly). From the perfectly seasoned pork patties to the juicy chicken, I really feel that they’ve mastered the art of burger-making.
You bet I’m kicking myself for going two whole years without appreciating this hidden gem, but now that I’ve rediscovered it, my friend and I will definitely be dropping by again soon.
Trust me, this sneaky little secret is worth a visit—just be ready to get a little messy and a lot satisfied.
