Graze Hilton Kuala Lumpur is set to transform the dining landscape in the Asia Pacific region with the launch of The Banquet of Hoshena. This incredible 3-D mapping restaurant provides an experience that transports guests into the captivating world of Hoshena. The curated menu and stunning visuals offer an unparalleled dining adventure that will leave a lasting impression.
This dining experience is inspired by the story of Hoshena, a brave and daring woman, and her community. It blends flavours, emotions, and a hint of magic into a one-of-a-kind adventure. Upon entering the restaurant, guests are magically transported to the mystical land of Hoshena, where the vibrant tapestry of her world is alive.
Guests were on a culinary journey through an eight-course menu, each dish carefully crafted to represent a different emotion. The sumptuous menu takes diners on a gastronomic adventure, harmoniously blending taste and storytelling.
One of the highlights of our dining experience was undoubtedly Australian Wagyu MBS 6 Beef Medallion served on a plate. To enhance the exquisite flavours, we had the opportunity to add a generous amount of aromatic Arabic spices over the meat, combining rich and unique tastes that delighted our taste buds.
Another standout dish was the poached Chilean Black Cod. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, but what truly enhanced the dining experience was the captivating water background that adorned the table, walls, and plates. The immersive setting made the fish taste even better.
Alongside the exquisite main menu, vegetarian options are available for those with dietary preferences. Families are also welcomed, with a specially curated Junior Hoshena kid’s menu offered exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays for lunch.
Tickets are available for purchase starting in June. Prices for adults are set at RM450 nett, while children can enjoy the experience for RM360 nett. For those seeking a premium experience, the Premium Menu is available at RM650 nett per person. It is advised to make reservations in advance to secure a spot at this dining adventure.
