If you are looking for a place to relax and spend time with family or friends while enjoying some good food, Cofeology is the place for cafe hopping. Since this cafe is close to MMU, most students like to hang out here while enjoying delicious drinks and desserts.

In addition, this cafe takes great care of the quality and taste of the coffee. Indeed, the coffee beans used to produce the drink here have a first-class standard.

2. The Daily Fix Cafe

If you are ever planning on a Melaka cafe hopping, don’t forget to stop by The Daily Fix. This cafe is like a hidden gem due to its location behind a souvenir shop called KK Sdn Bhd. But don’t worry because outside the souvenir shop there’s a sign that says ‘The Daily Fix’. Be ready to be greeted by the soothing smell of coffee whenever you passed by the shop.

This cafe is perfect for anyone who wants to escape from the crowds of Jonker Walk. The interior decoration here is also quite beautiful and classic. Don’t forget to take a photo with the wall background decorated with classic trays of flowers.

The menu that makes many customers come is definitely the fluffy pancakes with a local flavor. Gula Melaka Pandan Pancakes and Durian Pancakes are among the popular pancakes here.

Calanthe Art Cafe – the name of the cafe that is often mentioned by many visitors in Melaka, especially among coffee lovers. This cafe is really popular with their high quality coffee – it’s a shame if you don’t stop by!

The most interesting thing is that their coffee beans are named after states such as Johor, Perak and Pahang. Green Tea Coffee is one of the menu items that’s  a must-try. For food, Calanthe Laksa is a popular menu item.

This Backlane cafe will surely charm you if you like cafes with an antique concept because a collection of antiques can be found here. In addition, delicious drinks and food are also the main attractions of this cafe.

The macarons at this cafe are among the best on the menu. You can try Gula Melaka macarons which are guaranteed to be delicious. The best selling drink here is Mr. Owl Iced Latte, a drink that serves latte with owl-shaped ice cubes. Very unique!

What else do you want if a cafe has everything? There are main dishes, desserts and complete with coffee! At The Old Mark Café, diners can get a complete meal like this. They are super famous for their jiggly souffle pancakes that come in a variety of delicious flavors like Matcha and Chocolate.

7. The Stolen Cup

As the name suggests, we believe a cup of coffee you try here will surely steal your heart! The Stolen Cup cafe also has a classic decor concept that’s quite beautiful but minimal and very suitable if you come here to relax.

Their Iced Gula Melaka Latte is said to be the best here. It is the sweet but not too strong coffees that make many people addicted to them. In addition, their Salted Egg Croissant is also loved by many customers.

8. Alley No.5

This cafe is named due to the fact that it’s indeed located in an alley! Also known as ‘wu hao’, this cafe serves irresistible homemade cheesecakes and awesome lattes to go with them. At night, this cafe transforms into a bar so it’s perfect for night owls too!
