- Taman Orkid

- Gunung Angsi

The starting point for your hike is located near the Ulu Bendul Recreation Park. This mountain which has a height of around 820m above sea level is the most popular climbing place in Negeri Sembilan after Mount Datuk. This destination is not only popular among local people but also a preferred destination for climbers from surrounding states such as Selangor, Melaka and so on.
Mount Angsi is considered one of the most difficult mountains for climbing activities in Negeri Sembilan. - Centipede Temple

Then Tze Koon Temple, known as the “Centipede Temple,” honors many Taoist and Buddhist deities, including statues of Guan Yin and money frogs. It’s the highest Taoist temple in Negeri Sembilan, located at the top of Bukit Wu Gong. Because of this, it might be a little challenging for the elderly to climb the stepsto this temple, but a spectacular view of the whole of Seremban awaits at the top.
According to legend, God turned a man into an unseaworthy stone ship and threw him into Wu Gong Hill. His mother, believed to be reincarnated as a centipede, went and lived next to the stone, which led to the large stone centipede and the temple’s name. If you manage to meet a centipede in the temple grounds, it’s said that you will be blessed with luck and wealth.
Apart from religious activities and beautiful city views, children can also feed the fish, turtles and rabbits at the temple.

- Negeri Sembilan State Museum

The complex consists of 3 main parts that house the Teratak Perpatih, the Ampang Tinggi Palace and the Negeri Sembilan House. Teratak Perpatih is located in a museum that houses various historical artifacts and information. Among the items that are in focus here are royal paraphernalia made of silver, a collection of old weapons and so on.
Istana Ampang Tinggi is an old palace that’s more than a decade old. The architecture of this palace is influenced by Minangkabau culture. The third main attraction is Rumah Negeri Sembilan which is an old house that offers historical information about the life, culture and architecture of people in Negeri Sembilan.

- Royal Gallery Tuanku Ja’afar

What does it look like?
Entering the grounds of the Tuanku Ja’afar Royal Gallery, there’s a magnificent white building with a modern colonial concept located in the middle of Seremban town. This 44 thousand square foot building has actually been completed since 2013 and it houses eight main exhibition spaces and one temporary exhibition space.
Things to Do in Tuanku Ja’afar Royal Gallery
For those who don’t know, the Tuanku Ja’afar Royal Gallery is a museum developed to commemorate and revive the memories of His Majesty Tuanku Ja’afar Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman. He was installed as the 10th Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan in 1967 and has ruled Negeri Sembilan for 42 years. In 1993, he was installed as the 10th Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia.
The exhibition at the royal gallery is based on the personal journey of the late Tuanku, where visitors will follow the timeline in addition to displaying the biography of Tuanku Ja’afar in 8 different exhibition rooms.
In addition to housing various personal collections belonging to Tuanku Ja’afar, this collection is presented along with the story of the life journey of DYMM Tuanku Ja’afar from childhood, until the peak of his life where he ruled Negeri Sembilan as the 10th Yang di-Pertuan Besar and then appointed as Yang di-Pertuan Agong Malaysia 10th according to the rotation system and at that time he replaced Almarhum Tuanku Sultan Azlan Muhibbudin Shah.
The exhibition materials presented in this gallery use a variety of communication mediums. There are visual, oral and interactive exhibits.
