Bee Hoon is a popular staple dish that is versatile in cooking styles and can have it anytime, any day. For this recipe, we highlighted a simple method of cooking Tomyam with Bee Hoon. Making this the perfect lunch meal!
Materials blended :-
- 1 large onions.
- 3 reviews of garlic.
- 6 stalks of dried chili.
- 3 pieces of chilli
Another ingredient :-
- 2 sticks of lemongrass.
- 3 tablespoons tom yam paste.
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 7 pieces of lime leaves.
- Half a pack of fish ball.
- Some shrimp and chicken.
- Vegetables of your choice (carrots, cabbage)
Recipe:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and saute the blended ingredients.

Step 2: Include the lemongrass sticks and tom yam paste in until the oil breaks.

Step 3: Once the oil breaks, then you can combine the chicken and shrimp in. Stir thoroughly.

Step 4: Add the fish balls, oyster sauce, and the lime leaves in and stir it. Sugar and salt, to taste.

Step 5: Put the carrots and vegetables in and mix with a little bit of water.

Step 6: Pour the soy sauce and stir. Next, add the beehoon in. Stir until cooked.

Step 7: Sprinkle coriander leaves(optional) and serve!
