Chinese New Year is one of the biggest festive seasons in Malaysia. Usually, we’d take a couple days off to join in the celebration and spend quality time with our families. There is one more tradition in every Chinese New Year – start working on the right day.

Here’s a list of CNY 2023 work commencement date according to your Chinese Zodiac!

Auspicious days to start work on Chinese New Year 2023:

  • 24th January 2023 (Tuesday) 3rd Day of CNY 2023 (Except for Rat)
  • 27th January 2023 (Friday) 6th Day of CNY 2023 (Except for Rabbit)
  • 31st January 2023 (Tuesday) 10th Day of CNY 2023 (Except for Goat)
  • 2nd February 2023 (Thursday) 12th Day of CNY 2023 (Except for Rooster)

If these dates don’t work for you, just take note of days to AVOID and you’ll be alright!
