This robot will deliver food to the customer and the customer has to take it from the tray carried by the robot. In addition to protecting the health of customers and employees, the use of the innovation also reduces the burden on employees, especially during peak hours, while also helping to speed up and simplify the food delivery process. Each food delivery using the robot can fulfill orders from four dining tables in the restaurant.

It aims to manage orders and deliver meals to customers with minimal contact. This robot waiter was introduced for the first time at the Original Penang Kayu Nasi Kandar restaurant branch in Citta Mall.
These robots will not be used during peak hours to avoid blocking the path of customers and other human waiters. The robots used are equipped with LIDAR technology and 3D vision sensors to help it determine its position, in addition to detecting any form of obstacles.
