Beach lovers out there don’t miss the opportunity to experience camping and picnicking by the beach while making a bonfire. Here, you can spend time with your family and friends, not forgetting your doggos and kittos! Have a barbecue and look at the starry night sky. You can forget the hustle and bustle of the city and relax your mind while watching the sunset. If you have an RV, you can park it here because it’s also an RV park.

Instead of a vacation, you will be having a pet-cation at Ruby’s Resort! Located by the seaside in Cherating, you and your furry friends can enjoy a vacation surrounded by greenery and a view of the beach. - Hammocks By The River
If you don’t have a tent but want to camp, you can come here. All you need to bring is food and your personal essentials. Apart from tents, there are also other camping essentials available such as fly sheets, tables, chairs, LED lights and cooking tools. Perfect if you want to get into this field, but don’t have the stuff to go camping. Children below 15 aren’t allowed into the campsite but thankfully your furry friends are!

- YAKA Campsite
Feel the experience of camping with the expanse of stars at night for stargazing. The campsite is about a 10-minute drive to Bukit Broga. Want to hike to Broga, or have a BBQ with the family here? Quite a brilliant idea! What’s more, your woofer or miao can follow you on the hike or laze around in the campsite. Call ahead to make arrangements if you want to bring your pet along.

- Kuala Kubu Baru Wind Valley
The toilets and the whole camp site are super clean and well managed. The owner and staff are very friendly and will assist you when you bring along your furry friends. The view facing the pond is simply perfect and your furkid will definitely enjoy the trip as well! Fancy a spot of fishing? Fish to your heart’s content at the pond. There’s also a nice recreation area in the reception, with comics, board games and archery for children.

- Gibbon Retreat
This campsite is meant for kicking back, finding your inner zen and relieving stress. Activities here are limited, you can choose to trek to a waterfall or swim in the river. Teach your kids how to recognize birdsong and bond with your pets in nature. The chalet has complete facilities like clean toilets, water heater, a small fridge, dining area and others.

Located next to a seafood restaurant of the same name, this campsite by the beach is a scenic one. 7 sites with electric hookups for tents, motorhomes, Caravans, RV’s and Campervans are available so if your devices are out of juice you always have an electric source even while camping! Plenty of convenience stores are located a stone’s throw away should you need anything more during your trip.

- Ten Toes Camp
This lesser known campsite in Johor is a true hidden gem. Camp with doggo or miao with views overlooking the great mountains. The mist which settles in the evenings and early mornings is sure to leave you breathless! Be prepared with enough cleaning tools to clean up after your fur kid as they encourage not leaving any trash for the next visitor!
