Alternatively, because this article is about roasted chicken, after all, their roasted chicken. It has a homey, savoury taste to it that reminds you of cornershop kopitiams. The yellow steamed rice takes on the flavours of the chicken stock it’s cooked in beautifully, and every bite provides a flavour journey unlike any other, especially when paired with the roasted chicken skin and meat.
